Terms

Last updated 17 October 2026. Effective date: 17 October 2026

Short version: AICoderClass is a free guide to AI coding tools, plus two paid things: Pro (a one-time $3 report) and Radar (a subscription for teams). We try hard to get the facts right, but check prices with the vendor before you buy. If something's off, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Who runs this

AICoderClass (aicoderclass.com, including Pro and Radar) is run by Reuben Hester, 166 Bridgemeadows, Milehouse Road, Enniscorthy, Y21 NX4D, Ireland. Contact: [email protected]. "We" and "us" on this page means Reuben. We use Stripe Managed Payments, so Stripe acts as the merchant of record and sells you Pro or Radar: it handles the payment, sales tax/VAT and receipts. Reuben, as a sole trader, provides Pro and Radar and is responsible for them. By using the site or buying Pro or Radar, you agree to these terms.

It's information, not advice

Everything here, including the quiz, the Pro report, Radar alerts and reports, and the free seat check, is general information to help you compare tools. It isn't financial, legal or procurement advice. What you buy, and for whom, is your call.

Prices and tool details can be wrong

We take tool prices, limits and plans from the vendors' own pages and date them (the current tool data was checked 2026-10-17). Vendors change these often, sometimes without notice, so a list price on this site may be wrong or out of date. Always check with the vendor before you buy anything.

Affiliate links

Links marked "Paid link: we may earn a commission" are affiliate links: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and it never changes our rankings. Affiliate status is never an input to the picker's scoring. More on our disclosure page.

Pro ($3, one-time)

Radar (subscriptions for teams)

Radar is due to launch on Monday 9 November 2026. Prices are in euro:

Team and Studio prices exclude VAT: Stripe adds VAT for your country at checkout, and businesses can enter a VAT number instead.

Radar refund promises

Stripe (Managed Payments) is the merchant of record and sells you the subscription; Reuben Hester, a sole trader (address above), provides Radar and is responsible for it. Your receipt comes from Link, Stripe's checkout, and your bank statement shows LINK.COM*.

Cancelling Radar

Cancel any time in the Stripe billing portal (log in with the email you paid with), or email [email protected] and we cancel it for you. When you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then stops. No more payments are taken. The refund promises above still apply.

Cooling-off rights

EU consumer law has its own rules on cancelling online purchases of digital services and digital content. Whatever applies in your case, the refund promises above for Pro and Radar stand: just email us and we arrange the refund through Stripe.

Fair use

Please don't:

If someone does, we may block them or stop answering their requests.

What you can reuse

Openly licensed: when we publish the public price and change feed (the JSON and CSV feed announced on /radar, not live yet), that feed will be licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). You can copy, share and build on it, including commercially, as long as you credit AICoderClass and link to aicoderclass.com. The licence will be stated on the feed itself, and only material marked that way is covered.

Not openly licensed: everything else stays ours, including the site's text, design, code and rankings, Pro reports, Radar alerts, emails and reports, and seat-check results. Anything we make for you as a paying customer is for your own or your team's internal use, and the fair use rules above apply. Information you send us (like your team's tool list) stays yours.

Liability

If something goes wrong because of us, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid for Pro and Radar in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that can't be excluded or limited under Irish or EU consumer law, for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Your statutory rights aren't affected.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in. The Irish courts deal with disputes, but that doesn't stop a consumer from bringing a claim in the courts of their home country where the law allows it.

Your data

How we handle your data is on our privacy page.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date and the date it takes effect. For a material change, we'll also email the people it affects at least 30 days before it takes effect. And nothing changes mid-period for anyone who has already paid: a change only applies from your next billing period (for Pro, it never applies to a purchase you've already made).
