Vendors and team size

Claude Team and GitHub Copilot Business only. Built for teams of about 15–30 developers. Business customers only.

Using Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini or another tool? Ask us. We'll tell you before you pay whether we can review it, and we add new tools as teams ask for them.

What you send

Redacted invoices or receipts (last 1 to 3 months), the seat or member list and any usage exports you can get, plus your billing cadence and renewal dates. We email the checklist after you pay. No logins, passwords, API keys or system access.

Delivery timing

Your first report arrives within 7 days of us receiving the required files. We start up to 3 new teams a week. If you're past that week's limit, we'll tell you when your 7 days start before you send files. After that, each review starts when you send updated files. There's no automatic access to your accounts and no continuous usage monitoring.

Billing and cancellation

You're charged at checkout, then on the same date each month. The first 10 founding teams pay €24.50/month for their first 12 monthly payments, then €49/month. After the founding places, the price is €49/month. Cancel any time: email [email protected] and we cancel it for you (we reply within 1 working day). Your subscription runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.

Refund

First report not useful? Full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Email us and we refund your payment in full.

Your files

Send redacted files only, never logins, passwords or API keys. Files arrive by email (Gmail) and are worked on on our work computer, only to write your reports. Your files are handled by Reuben Hester with help from AI tools run by third-party providers, and Reuben reviews every report. They're never shared or used for marketing or examples. We delete the email attachments and our working copies 30 days after we deliver the report, or sooner if you ask. Privacy details.

Outside the scope

• Tools other than Claude Team and Copilot Business, unless we've told you before you pay that we can review them.
• Logging in to your accounts, making changes for you, or monitoring usage between reviews.
• Negotiated discounts or contracts we haven't seen.
• Guaranteed savings, or financial, legal or procurement advice.
